報告事項：略。

提案討論：

案由一：依據第二屆常務理事於民國111年8月26日會議案由二決議，討論並決定承辦學校。

說  明：1. 第二屆常務理事會議決議，本會PPTELL2023研討會採公開徵求國內承辦學校方式，並於民國111年9月12日截止收件。
2. 國立高雄餐旅大學提出申請，申請書請見附件一。

決 議：1. 通過由國立高雄餐旅大學舉辦PPTELL2023研討會。
2. 學會將協助提供申請補助經費相關資料及建議邀請國外講者名單。後續事宜於LINE群組持續討論。

臨時動議：無。

散  會：於下午14:30分散會。

    Main objectives for hosting the PPTELL annual conference:
    本次研討會以如何將TELL的理論與教學方法運用於EMI課程中，藉由大會安排之keynote與panel 以及各學者之論文發表能為現今各級學校推行EMI授課找出結合TELL的間距效率與效能之解決方案。

    PPTELL 2023 sincerely invites extended abstract submission within 500 words that shows originality based on theoretical or practical works focusing on the application of technology in EMI courses with the following topics related to the theme– A Fairy TELL on EMI, but not limited to:
  1. Theoretical foundations of TELL in EMI courses
  2. Cognitive and emotional states of EFL learners in TELL-based EMI courses
  3. Emerging technologies for EMI courses
  4. Encouraging learners’ autonomous learning with technologies in EMI courses
  5. Digital game-based learning in EMI courses
  6. Mobile learning in EMI courses
  7. Computer supported collaborative learning (CSCL) in EMI courses
  8. Evaluations and assessments of TELL in EMI courses
  9. Finance aspects of TELL in EMI courses
  10. The balance of teachers’ TPACK in EMI courses
  11. Other issues on TELL in EMI courses
